GUID restore Empty GUID restore

I've downloaded new URT and now i got different guid and have no access to mod rights and xlrstats, how to restore it? What should i copy? (I got previous version of URT)

Why don't you just use the old installation ?

Cuz I installed linux now and old one was under Windows --'
