ReOpenning of SAT servers

Hello!
As most of you could see the servers went down. I achived new jackpot of IPs and one of these is used to run my priv server.
For now it's only base system, but soon there will be full run of UrT server. It will be PNN formula one.
B3 and all stuff included.
