Recording a demo

I have problem and maybe you can help me. When im trying to record a demo, game laggs then as hell, so in demo nothing is to see. I tried with F12 and with /record. Always the same. And its not only at your server. It is everywhere. I add too that net settings have at max. Please help me.

I have latest version (4.1.1). It doesnt helps. Still cant records

I don't know what your problem is... How many fps you got ingame?

I have rate 25k from beginning. Problem started in November. I can record demo but latency is very high then. Packets are losting then.(or sth like lags that doesnt occurs when not recording). On google i couldnt find anything helpful.

What did u change since november? I mean in system, and the final question what kind of OS do you have?

Ok done. Decreasing FPS to 90 helped. Thanks again
